Delivery Policy

Delivery areas
We deliver within Dubai. We do not deliver outside the UAE.

Delivery times

• Same-day delivery: order before [2:00 PM] for delivery the same day.
• Scheduled delivery: choose your preferred date at checkout.
• Delivery hours: [9:00 AM – 9:00 PM], [SUN-SAT].
• During peak occasions such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Eid, delivery times may vary.

Delivery charges
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before payment.

Recipient availability
Please give a correct address and an active phone number for the recipient. If no one is available, we will contact the recipient or the sender. We may leave the order with a building reception or neighbour, or arrange re-delivery, which may carry an extra charge.

Delays
We aim to deliver on time. Delays caused by weather, traffic or circumstances outside our control may happen, and we will keep you informed.
